CRESpr.org, also identified as the Coalition for the Restoration Ecosystems of Santurce, (CRES) operates as a non-profit organization under Section 501(C)(3), with the mission of repairing ecosystems in Santurce, Puerto Rico (PR). We focus on environmental conservation and restoration projects at the local level, including habitat restoration, community engagement, and environmental education to promote sustainability and preserve biodiversity.

 

PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE CRESPR.ORG WEBSITE AND ONLINE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, MOBILE APPLICATIONS OR ASSOCIATED DOMAINS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SITE”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

 

These Terms apply exclusively to your use of the CRESpr.org Site. They do not modify any other agreement you may have with CRESpr.org. CRESPR.ORG APPRECIATES ALL DONATIONS THAT SUPPORT OUR CONSERVATION EFFORTS. DUE TO LEGAL RESTRICTIONS AND THE NATURE OF CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS, WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS OF COMPENSATIONS/DONATIONS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

 

However, in some specific cases, if you believe you donated in error, please contact yvette@CRESpr.org Any erroneous or unauthorized electronic donation will be refunded using the original payment method.

 

NO SERVICE OR PRODUCT PHYSICALLY OBTAINED ON OUR SITE IN EXCHANGE FOR A FREE AND VOLUNTARY DONATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RETURN OF ANY KIND.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRESPR.ORG'S TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE, EXCEED ANY COMPENSATION WHICH YOU PAY, IF ANY, CRESPR.ORG FOR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE.
